Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service or $50 (whichever is greater). No-shows will be charged 100% of the missed service and cannot be applied toward a future appointment. A non-refundable deposit may be required for future bookings after a late cancellation. Please arrive on time—appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to respect everyone’s scheduled time.
